The astrological world lost a great teacher who contributed much to the study of financial astrology as well as the world she lived in. Kaye loved teaching, it was her joy and her passion to share with others what she knew. We will all miss her wisdom. Since her death the web site has transitioned as Marley continues her work without Kaye. ***ABOUT ASTROLOGICALINVESTING.COM*** Two women astrologers began this web site to share their knowledge of the markets, believing that by sharing they could benefit not only themselves but their subscribers and visitors to their website, Astrologicalinvesting.com. Kaye Shinker who has passed from this world loved teaching. She taught the on-line classes here at astrologicalinvesting.com and authored the Textbooks of Financial Astrology, Books 1 - 4. Marley and Kaye approached using financial astrology from two different points of view. Marley, using cycles and technical analysis, confirms her trade entries and exits using daily transits and transits to the IPO of the stock. Marley's point of view is to select fundamentally strong stocks in the financial sector's receiving dynamic Jupiter transits, then using technical analysis, buys and holds for intermediate periods of time. She actively trades the market using both astrology and technical analysis and follows the cycles of the Moon. Kaye always applied the basic aphorisms of astrology to the horoscopes of corporations. Kaye's point of view was to select equities that would outperform the market over the long term and slowly gain in valuation. Kaye was a member of two stock clubs. Kaye's goal was to help her students achieve the wealth required to participate in the sport of Kings. Marley's goal is to obtain hoards of monetary assets! Both of them had a lot of fun doing this at astrologicalinvesting.com! Marley is now continuing on without Kaye in the pursuit of sharing knowledge and (hopefully) still having fun! Personal information and biography: Marlene, better known to her friends as Marley, was born May 27, 1948 at 1:18 pm in Pittsburgh, PA. A Gemini with an interest in almost everything under the sun, she is a wife, homemaker, mother of four, and grandmother of 5 and expecting two more! Family has always been her primary focus and her career. She attended John Carroll University in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and then Houston Community College after she relocated to Texas in 1973. In 2009 she passed the rigorous CAP exam given by ISAR, and is now a Certified Astrological Professional by the International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR) In 2002 she had earned a Certificate from the National Council of Geocosmic Research (NCGR) Level I and completed the Ethics Training course from the International Society for Astrological Research (ISAR). Marley is a member of NCGR, ISAR and The International Society of business Astrologers (ISBA). A women of many interests, she also holds a Certificate in Electronic Publishing/Web Production, enjoys photography, music, art, sports, and is fortunate enough to be able to spend time doing all the things she enjoys and still find time to travel with her husband.
